Dominica runs one of the longest-running citizenship by investment programmes in the Caribbean, with a government fund route and an approved real estate route. The program is currently active. It was established in 1993.
Investment routes include a non-refundable contribution to the Economic Diversification Fund (EDF) or the purchase of a unit in an approved real estate project.
