Grenada's Citizenship by Investment Program offers the unique advantage of access to the US E-2 Treaty Investor Visa, making it the only Caribbean CBI with a pathway to US residency through business investment. Investment options include a USD 235K contribution to the National Transformation Fund (NTF) for a family of up to four, or USD 270K in approved real estate (with additional USD 50K NTF contribution).

The passport provides visa-free access to 145+ countries including the UK, Schengen Area, China, and Russia. Processing typically takes 6-9 months.

Grenada maintains strong due diligence standards as an OECS member.

Grenada operates a territorial tax system with no wealth tax, no inheritance tax, and no tax on foreign-sourced income. Personal income tax applies only to Grenada-sourced income at rates up to 30%.

There is no capital gains tax. Corporate tax is 28%.

The East Caribbean dollar is pegged to the US dollar. Grenada's economy relies on tourism, spice production (notably nutmeg), and the growing CBI program.

The "Spice Isle" offers Caribbean lifestyle, political stability, and strong privacy protections. The E-2 treaty advantage makes Grenadian citizenship particularly valuable for entrepreneurs seeking US market access while maintaining a tax-efficient base.
